Tax Manager
Dufour Tax Group is looking for an experienced tax manager to join our team full time. We are seeking a driven, adaptable individual who is open to further developing their current skills and expertise.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review and signing of individual, business, and fiduciary returns. Assisting clients with questions regarding their return or general planning as needed. Working as a part of a team to solve problems, do research, or complete projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including C‐corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, and fiduciary returns.
Review U.S. and state individual income and gift tax returns.
Prepare tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability as needed.
Conduct tax research as needed.
Communicate directly with existing clients and colleagues regarding various tax matters.
Engage in consulting and special projects as requested by Clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 or more years of relevant experience.
Masters degree in Accounting, Tax, Business or a related field.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with QuickBooks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal, relationship-building and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to expand current knowledge base.
