ADMINISTRATIVE aSSISTANT

Dufour Tax Group is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team. We are seeking a driven, adaptable individual who is open to learning and developing their current skills and expertise.

sALARY:

Competitive rates, starting starting at $55,000.00 depending on experience.

jOB DeSCRIPTION:

The administrative assistant serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries and interaction. This position focuses on all aspects of client service enhancement and firm logistics. The administrative assistant will complete tasks independently as well as working collaboratively with the administrative team.

rESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting clients and assisting with all requests.

Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team member.

Various clerical duties such as filing, sorting, scanning and scheduling appointments.

Providing staff support as needed to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow.

Managing the website and social media accounts.

qUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to multitask efficiently.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong work ethic.

Inquisitive mindset.

Administrative experience preferred.
